Inside Saviano’s Italian Kitchen in Euless
Saviano’s Italian Kitchen opened in 1992. That was the year Saverio Alfieri left behind the successful family restaurant business in New York and moved to North Texas. He brought Grandma Alfieri’s authentic Italian recipes and began feeding happy customers in Euless. This restaurant is a Mid-Cities institution and must be experienced. As one Yelp reviewer puts it, “If Tony Soprano lived in Texas, Saviano’s would be his restaurant.” Go visit, see if you’d agree.

  1. My family and I love a night out to eat at Saviano’s in Euless. My husband and daughter love the baked ziti. It is served fresh out of the oven in the bowl it was baked in, so it’s piping hot. It’s always plenty cheesy and they love to see how high they can string the cheese.

My favorite items at Saviano’s are the pizzas. I have tried the meat lovers and the margarita pizza, both are equally as good. Their pies are giant and the slices are more than generous.

The entrees aren’t what has made Saviano’s famous….it’s the GARLIC KNOTS. Balls of dough that have chunks of garlic with salt and cheese. They bring the knots out before the meal with your salads and it’s hard to not fill up on them before your food comes, because they are addictive!!

If you are lucky enough to live in Euless, Tx, you likely make a point to eat at Saviano’s once in a while. However, if you don’t live in Euless, it’s definitely worth the drive!! You will KNOT be disappointed.
