Top Ten Talk Radio Shows to Listen to While Eating Pizza
Business news is awesome. There are so many good programs on NPR but this one is about the best. This show is on twice a day on most NPR stations and is hosted by Kai Ryssdal.

Listening to Mike Gallagher while eating pizza means I’ll be digesting pepperoni slices for breakfast. But there’s always a podcast. Best highlight here is his interactions (sometimes hostile) with Chris Wallace of Fox News each Friday morning.

If you haven’t found the Dennis Miller show yet, you’re missing out on a lot of great interviews and insights. When I tune into Dennis and hear one of his witty and obscure quips or rants, I feel like I’ve tuned into a long lost friend. His show features lots of political talk and opinion, but also all sorts of entertainment friends stop by for a chat. The Dennis Miller Show is perfect accompaniment for a slice of mushroom, pepperoni and hamburger pizza.

7. Mark Davis (local Dallas show, fills in for Rush Limbaugh)
Another pizza for breakfast show, unless he is filling in for Rush. Mark is a fixture in Dallas. And nationally, he even had his own Sunday show on ABC for a while if my memory is correct. Mark is one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable hosts in the DFW market.

Rusty is a many of many talents and stories. You must tune in some time when he speaks of his exploits in the middle east. He once almost lost his head at the hands of Islamic Jihadists.

5. Charlie Jones (local Dallas show)
Charlie Jones is a former DJ on Dallas radio station KZEW (affectionately known as the Zoo). He is now broadcasting on the Texas State Network and on KRLD in Dallas. He is not a national host, but the KRLD signal can be heard in about 30 states at midnight when Charlie begins his show. If you eat pizza while listening to Charlie, it might be a late night slice of cold pizza.

Love his guests. Sometimes not child friendly so be careful if listening with your children after school. One of the best things about Sean is that he’s now an official Twitter addict. I love that about Sean. Follow him on Twitter @SeanHannity. Also, follow his hashtag #LNYHBT.

Some people hate Rush. Some say Rush is braggadocios, but his Midwestern personality allows him to get away with what some people call conceit. Like him or love him, he will definitely keep you entertained while eating pizza for lunch. If you’re not a fan, give him a listen for a few weeks and you may learn something, and you’re guaranteed to laugh.

It’s a tie!!!!
“That’s right, I said it!” Mark Levin is tied for number one on our top ten radio shows to listen to while eating pizza. Mark doesn’t talk a lot about eating pizza, but I bet he’s consumed a slice or two. I hear he’s more of a McDonalds man. Again, whether you like conservative talk radio or not, you will learn a lot about the constitution while listening to Mark Levin. His book Liberty & Tyranny should be required for any high school history course. Not only is Mark a constitutional scholar, he loves animals. 1. The Hugh Hewitt Show
The first Monday of every month is a must listen to time for the Hugh Hewitt radio show. For all new listeners, Hugh goes through his bio to familiarize those who have become listeners in the past month. It’s an impressive bio too. His guests include the best and brightest in the realms of politics, writing and religion. Always willing to do good for others, many times during the year, Hugh Hewitt raises money for great causes through his blog. And by the way, his producer is the best in America. But on occasion, Hugh may argue this point or even say he doesn’t have a producer at all.

If you’re looking to learn via a radio show host while eating pizza, it doesn’t get much better than either Hugh Hewitt or Mark Levin, the number one hosts in our top ten talk radio shows to listen to while eating pizza. It also helps that both are on the air live from 6-9 p.m. EST.
